Freelance Crypto/Blockchain Writers with Past Published Work for New Authority Site
Hey, Editor at Decryptograph here, a new blockchain-oriented media and education site. Our sister site The Crypto is trusted by 75,000 Medium readers.
Our team is hiring up to three writers to help grow Decryptograph with comprehensive but approachable cryptocurrency guides, including pieces on how to buy a given cryptocurrency, how to use various exchanges, and how different consensus algorithms work.
The contract position will start with 2 blog posts per week, with lots of room to grow if you can consistently deliver quality work. Each blog post will be between 1,000-2,500 words, though some may be a bit shorter, and you’ll be paid on a per-piece basis.
If your application is approved, you’ll be given a topic and a submission deadline, as well as an in-depth brief containing an outline of the piece and keywords for which we’re aiming to rank. You’ll be expected to do your own research on top of some links provided to you. You’ll only be asked to write – never to design or do any web formatting.
In building an authority site and ourselves coming from media, we have high editorial standards compared to most other blogs. Every post we publish goes through a strict editorial process of fact-checking, content structure, and sourcing. Our readers trust us in this noisy and sometimes shady industry, so we absolutely must ensure the highest quality content.
In our experience, the first few weeks will include a lot of feedback and editing, but once we get into a good cadence, this should be a very smooth and consistent job.
Compensation:: $0.30-0.10 per word
Payable in:: Bitcoin (BTC)
