Full-Time Bilingual Customer Operations Analyst – LibertyX – Boston, MA
We are looking for a bilingual customer operation analyst that speaks Spanish, Portuguese, and English. Strong preference for someone that is fluent in at least 2 of the 3 languages. The analyst will be responsible for liaising with our customers, retail stores, and international trading partners. As we are a small company, there is a lot of opportunity for top performers.
Day-to-day tasks will vary but generally include:
* Phone support with customers and partners
* Finalizing purchase orders and trades
* Responding to online and e-mail support tickets
* Helping out with sales and marketing as needed
You are a jack-of-all-trades and love working with customers. You are comfortable working independently and are known for your reliability and ability to get tasks done. Responsibilities will cover everything from running customer support (online and phone) to ensuring customer compliance with company policies and terms of service.
